Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a senior graphic design leader to define and execute the visual direction for Kids Tees. You will drive illustration, typography, and storytelling across high-volume apparel graphics, collaborating with product, merchandising, and development to ensure brand consistency.

You will mentor designers, champion scalable graphic systems, and translate youth culture and sports trends into compelling narratives that elevate product across seasons.

Qualifications

• Portfolio must be submitted (website or PDF).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of apparel graphic design with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, typography, and concept-driven design.
• Experience in high-volume graphic categories (tees).
• Solid understanding of product creation and graphic application.
• Expertise in illustration, typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Demonstrates advanced concept development translating insights into narratives.
• Proven ability to create distinctive, scalable graphic systems.
• Clear point of view on youth culture, sport, entertainment, art, trends.
• Sets graphic craft standards and inspires teams through leadership.
• Influences partners across design, product, and business via storytelling.
• Future-focused mindset balancing innovation with consumer relevance.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the creative vision for Kids Tees graphic design.
• Drive excellence in illustration, typography, graphic composition, and storytelling.
• Create graphics that connect with kids through culture, sport, and imagination.
• Develop scalable graphic systems balancing innovation, consistency, and marketplace relevance.
• Identify emerging trends and translate them into future-forward design opportunities.
• Establish design principles and frameworks guiding seasonal product creation.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align creative strategy and product vision.
• Provide direction and mentorship to designers to elevate team capability.
• Lead presentations and storytelling for leadership reviews and milestones.
• Elevate the standard of graphic design across the Kids organization.
