Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a senior graphic design leader for Jordan Streetwear Graphics. The role focuses on conceptualising narratives across tee collections, working with Product and Design leads to align on construction, development, insights, and presentation gates.

You will guide the graphics team, drive storytelling across Mens and Womens collections, and review graphics, color designs, and strategy with senior leadership to balance innovation with brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience in a related field.
• Creative design portfolio with links or PDFs.
• Strong methodology for research, inspiration, design development, problem solving, and execution.
• Expert-level skills in typography, colour theory, brand identity, and visual systems.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise narratives across tee collections through Graphic Visual Centres and presentations.
• Partner with Product and Design leads to align on construction, development, insights, and presentation gates.
• Lead brainstorms on creative strategies and review graphics, apparel, and colour designs.
• Shape graphic direction across Men’s and Women’s Collections across seasons, geographies, and distribution.
• Create T-shirt graphics that can be translated across apparel, footwear, and accessories.
• Drive execution of graphic concepts from idea through delivery while ensuring brand integrity.
