Join Unity’s Brand Studio as a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer and help shape how one of the world’s leading technology and creative platforms shows up across the world.

You’ll work across brand, marketing, campaigns, product launches, social, events, and other high-visibility initiatives, creating work that is both strategically grounded and visually compelling. This role sits at the intersection of graphic design and motion, giving you the opportunity to develop ideas across multiple mediums and help evolve Unity’s visual language.

You’ll partner closely with designers, motion and video specialists, producers, marketers, writers, and other stakeholders to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging creative work. Success in this role means delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative at scale while helping strengthen the Unity brand and raising the creative bar across the organization.

This is an opportunity for a senior designer who wants meaningful ownership, enjoys solving complex creative challenges, and is excited to work across both established brand systems and new visual opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a strong foundation in typography, composition, colour, and visual design.
• Demonstrated expertise in motion design, with a portfolio showing strong animation, storytelling, and visual craft.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatile graphic design and the ability to develop creative across multiple formats and channels.
• Experience working within and evolving brand systems, including creating work that is consistent, scalable, and production-ready.
• Experience using AI and emerging creative technologies to enhance design exploration, production, and creative workflows.

You might also have

• Experience working with 3D.
• Experience with video production, editing, or post-production.
• Experience creating brand guidelines, templates, or scalable design systems.
• Experience developing automated or AI-assisted creative production workflows.
• Experience working within a global technology, entertainment, gaming, or creative organization.

Base Salary Range

We determine the base salary range for this role based on your primary work location:

• Zone A: $87,400 - $131,200 USD gross
• Zone B: $98,800 - $148,200 USD gross
• Zone C: $111,000 - $166,600 USD gross
• Zone A: CA$84,200 - CA$126,200 CAD gross
• Zone B: CA$90,900 - CA$136,300 CAD gross

Cette fourchette correspond au salaire de base prévu pour ce poste. En plus du salaire de base, ce poste peut donner droit à des attributions d’actions et à une participation à nos programmes d’incitation de l’entreprise, comme des primes annuelles discrétionnaires ou des commissions de vente. Le montant final de l’offre dépendra de plusieurs facteurs, notamment l’emplacement géographique ainsi que l’expérience pertinente, le parcours professionnel et les compétences du/de la candidat(e).

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
