Guidehouse seeks a Senior Grants Management Consultant to support federal and state grant projects for state and local government clients. You will help design and implement grants programs, ensuring compliance with 2 CFR 200 and Single Audit requirements, while guiding stakeholders through lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 3+ years’ relevant work experience in grants management
• Thorough understanding of Uniform Guidance – 2 CFR 200 and its application to different types of financial assistance
• Ability to translate customer needs into tangible documents and deliverables

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with state and local government clients to establish or enhance grants management processes across the lifecycle
• Identify and address client needs by presenting potential solutions to challenges or issues
• Participate in client discussions and meetings; communicate effectively to clients and leadership
• Develop agendas, meeting materials, and talking points for meetings
• Develop high-quality presentations that communicate key objectives and facilitate discussions
• Participate in business development activities and general project/task management
• Engage in internal and external grants management training and knowledge management
