Job summary

Jefferson Parish's Office of Central Grants Administration seeks an experienced grant compliance professional to oversee federal, state, and local grant programs, monitor expenditures, support audits, and ensure Uniform Guidance compliance.

Under general supervision, the role reviews subrecipient activities, conducts risk assessments, and serves as the primary grant compliance resource for departments receiving grant funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a public administration, business, political science, legal studies, or related field.
• Three (3) years of professional experience administering or monitoring federally funded grant programs, including grant compliance or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grant management activities and review expenditures.
• Support audit activities and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor subrecipients and ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance and grantor requirements.
• Serve as the primary grant compliance resource for departments receiving grant funding.
• Travel as needed with a valid driver's license and vehicle.
