Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance and guidance to faculty and administrators in proposal development.
• Reviews grant applications for accuracy and regulatory compliance prior to project setup.
• Maintains Pre-Award proposal TRACKER and coordinates budget revisions with faculty.
• Oversees audits and bank reconciliations of petty cash and Workday approvals.
• Submits invoices to accounts payable and tracks timely payments.
• Ensures adherence to university policies and safeguards university assets.
