Job summary

Kforce's client, a well-established non-profit healthcare organization in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a Senior Grants Accountant to join its finance team. This role oversees grant budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and funding administration, partnering with operational and program leadership.

The Senior Grants Accountant will manage grant budgets, monitor expenditures, support audits, and ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance and agency requirements across federal and state

Qualifications

• 5+ years of grant accounting or grants management experience.
• Experience with federal and state grant compliance and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Uniform Guidance and Single Audit requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.

Kforce's client, a well-established non-profit healthcare organization in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a Senior Grants Accountant to join its finance team. This position will play a critical role in grant budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and funding administration while partnering closely with operational and program leadership. Summary: The Senior Grants Accountant will oversee the financial management of grant-funded programs, including budgeting, billing, reporting, compliance monitoring, reconciliations, forecasting, and audit support. This role offers significant visibility across finance and operations while helping ensure the successful management of complex funding sources.

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
