  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Passionate advocate for renewable energy, affordable housing, workforce development, and/or environmental justice work
  • CRM experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to GRID’s customized Salesforce instance
  • Upholds donor intent, professional ethics for fundraisers, and the culture of philanthropy
  • Versatile learner who is committed to self-improvement, employs strengths effectively, willingly shares knowledge with others, seeks coaching on areas needing improvement, adjusts behavior/performance as needed, and views mistakes as learning opportunities

It would be great if you also had...

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills; able to quickly grasp and effectively communicate complex concepts and provide thought leadership on fundraising strategies
  • Specific experience with energy efficiency, renewable energy, affordable housing, and/or environment/environmental justice work
