Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a GPU Software Engineer (CUDA) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will design and optimize CUDA kernels, accelerate AI training and inference, and push the limits of modern accelerator hardware.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in GPU programming, deep CUDA expertise, strong C++, and profiling experience with Nsight systems/compute. You will collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, measurable performance

Qualifications

6+ years of GPU programming experience.
Strong CUDA C/C++ expertise and knowledge of modern GPU architectures.
Experience profiling and optimizing GPU workloads in production.

Responsibilities

Design and implement high-performance CUDA kernels for AI and HPC workloads.
Profile and optimize GPU code using Nsight Systems/Compute and profilers.
Tune memory access patterns, occupancy, and shared memory for peak performance.
Develop optimized libraries for ML primitives (linear algebra, attention).
Optimize multi-GPU and multi-node training using NCCL and high-performance networking.
Collaborate with ML engineers to identify bottlenecks in training and inference.
