Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Parallel Computing Engineer with 10+ years of experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC), GPU programming, and parallel computing to optimize AI, machine learning, and scientific computing workloads.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in GPU programming, HPC, or parallel computing.
Expert-level CUDA C/C++, GPU architecture, and massively parallel programming.
Experience with NCCL/MPI and distributed GPU communication frameworks.
Hands-on experience integrating custom kernels into ML frameworks (PyTorch, TF, JAX).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize CUDA kernels for AI, deep learning, and scientific computing.
Profile and optimize GPU workloads using Nsight Systems/Compute and CUDA Profiler.
Improve memory management, multi-GPU scaling, and distributed computing performance.
Develop scalable training/inference architectures using NCCL, MPI, and CUDA-aware libraries.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to accelerate production AI applications.
Build benchmarking frameworks and regression testing pipelines.
Mentor engineers and lead GPU optimization efforts.
