Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior GPU Platforms Engineer to drive GPU/SOC software across platforms, focusing on kernel driver development, firmware interactions, health monitoring and performance optimization.

You will build high‑performance observability systems and full‑stack software for SOC products while collaborating with software, driver and data center teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field with extensive systems/software experience.
• 10+ years developing SOC/platform software and GPU-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own platform software including kernel drivers, firmware interactions, health monitoring and system features for new GPU/SOC platforms.
• Design and develop high-performance observability platforms for metrics, logs, traces and real-time monitoring.
• Develop productions applications and features for NVIDIA SOC products and collaborate across teams.
• Work with software, driver and data center teams to launch new GPU platforms and optimize performance and stability.
