Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Expert-level understanding of Federal government property management regulations.
• 5+ years leading property management functions across federal property areas.
• 5+ years of leadership in small to mid-sized organizations.
• 8+ years leading integrated cross-functional teams in projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end property management lifecycle for government-, customer-, and SSAI-owned property.
• Ensure records and systems are accurate and compliant with regulations and FAR.
• Oversee inventories, resolve discrepancies, and authorize asset movements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and the property administrator.
• Investigate loss, damage, or theft and report findings with corrective actions.
• Incorporate prime contract terms into subcontracts with procurement alignment.
• Oversee procurement, documentation, financials, and delivery schedules.
• Provide training on property accountability to custodians and staff.
• Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
