Job summary

A leading government services firm based in New York is seeking a Network Engineer to enhance and maintain a large-scale network project involving both wired and wireless infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation skills, experience with RF tools, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This full-time role offers a pay range of approximately $135,611 to $184,045 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience with disaster recovery plan creation and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting RF and LAN issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage NPS network infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain and deliver infrastructure documentation.
• Assess the NPS network infrastructure and recommend improvements.

Skills

Strong documentation skills

Ability to communicate with end users

Strong knowledge of network security

Experience utilizing RF site survey tools
