Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, nonprofit management, communications, finance, or a related field required, or a Master's preferred.
Master's degree in public administration, nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in government grants, public-sector funding, grants management, contracts, proposal development, or a closely related discipline.
Experience with federal grants and familiarity with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
Experience with government contracting and/or cooperative agreements.
HRSA Section 330 and/or Ryan White experience is strongly preferred, with experience across both highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead government grants strategy development and cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee grant lifecycle from opportunity identification to award management and closeout.
Coordinate budgets, reporting, and compliance across finance and program leadership.
Develop compelling narratives, work plans, and supporting documentation for proposals.
Establish processes, templates, and best practices for grant development and administration.
