Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior contracts professional to lead government contract activities with a focus on National Security Agencies. You will manage proposals, negotiations, and complex contract administration, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, master agreements, and policies.

The role requires extensive experience, active TS/SCI with poly, and US citizenship. You will mentor team members and interact with senior stakeholders to drive compliant, high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with poly clearance required.
• U.S. citizen.
• Cost proposal experience required.
• Thorough understanding of FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS and related contract laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and proposals with various National Security Agencies.
• Prepare, negotiate, accept, and manage government contracts per company policies and customer specs.
• Review contracts for adherence to policy, government requirements, and master agreements.
• Advise management on contract rights and obligations; interpret terms and conditions.
• Represent the organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects.
• Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Support commercial work and Firm Fixed Price delivery efforts.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Firm Fixed Price, and multiple Task Order contracts.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer teaming and proprietary information agreements.
• Collect and submit data for regulatory reporting.
• Manage OCI Plans.
• Mentor contract team members.
