• Advise government contractors on contracts with federal agencies, including compliance and regulatory issues.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers on government contracts.
• Counsel clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims.
• Assist clients with bid protests.
