Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage secure government cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises infrastructure with on-call rotations. You will implement, optimize, and support Azure Gov/GCC High, AWS GovCloud, and GCP environments to meet compliance and performance SLAs.

You will contribute to automation, IaC, security controls, and runbooks, collaborating with Security, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver reliable Managed Services outcomes for Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, or 9+ years total IT experience with relevant cloud work.
• Certifications in at least two cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with government cloud platforms and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and lifecycle management for government cloud environments across Azure Gov, AWS GovCloud, and/or GCP.
• Monitor and optimize cloud environments for availability, performance, security, and compliance to SLAs.
• Perform incident, problem, change, and request management per ITIL and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, security posture, and service delivery improvements.
