• Own HubSpot's governance policy framework across NYSE requirements and best practices.
• Serve as legal owner for the NG&S Committee, preparing materials and advising on agenda items.
• Oversee Board/Committee operations and governance content in proxy statements and annual meeting logistics.
• Lead governance-focused investor engagement, including proxy advisor outreach and IR collaboration.
• Manage recurring governance programs with disciplined execution and records.
