Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a Contract & Compliance Director to join the Senior Leadership Team and own all U.S. Government contract, procurement activities, compliance, and QMS operations.

As the contracts SME, you will advise the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, lead CATHEXIS through complex recompetes and new contract vehicles, and help build the joint venture and teaming partnerships central to our growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. federal government contracting (prime and subcontracting).
• Strong background in federal contract management, contract administration, procurement, and compliance.
• Experience with cost-type contracts (CPFF, T&M) and audits (DCAA/DCMA).
• Experience structuring and administering teaming agreements and joint ventures.
• At least five years of management or leadership experience.
• NCMA certification desired (CFCM or CPCM).
• Security clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and report on contracts and compliance.
• Develop JV and teaming partner structures and agreements.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from teaming docs to close-out.
• Advise on contract rights, terms, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Firm Fixed Price and cost-type contracts and liaise with DCAA/DCMA.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and customer obligations.
• Own the QMS including audits and ISO certifications.
• Provide guidance on ISO, FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements.
• Engage customers and stakeholders contractually.
• Improve contracts processes, CostPoint maintenance, policies.
• Provide leadership informed by industry best practices.
