Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, inventory management or production.
Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, inventory management or production.
High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, inventory management or production.
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.

Responsibilities

Manage team to company goals with KPI's.
Oversees the day-to-day workflow of production staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Develop trend analysis tools examining WIP and inventory to signal abnormality and guide corrections.
