Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and course maintenance equipment per turf management program.
• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and safety documentation.
• Supervise planting, fertilizing, and maintenance of turf, plants, and landscape elements.
• Ensure course is in proper playing condition and inspect for improvements.
• Oversee construction, maintenance, and renovations on the golf course.
• Manage budgets and capital improvement planning for the department.
