Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. is seeking an experienced goldsmith with 7+ years of bench experience to join our team in Jackson, Wyoming.

The ideal candidate combines traditional bench skills with modern technology and is comfortable representing the house directly to clients. Responsibilities include restoring and fabricating jewelry, meeting clients to discuss repairs and custom work, and managing own workload with clear estimates and timelines.

Formación

• 7+ years of bench experience required.
• Certification/portfolio demonstrates mastery.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Independent worker who can meet deadlines.
• Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sizing, restoration, prong re-tipping, bezel and shank work to a high standard.
• Set stones across prong, bezel, channel, pavé, and micro-pavé for heirlooms and inventory.
• Hand fabrication, casting, polishing, finishing, including laser welding.
• Meet with clients to discuss repairs, alterations, and custom work; prepare estimates and timelines.
• Manage workload and job tracking; honor completion dates promised to clients.
• Maintain documentation and secure handling of client property from intake through completion.
