Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for Go-To-Market at our Bastrop, TX site. You will own full lifecycle recruiting for Starlink Go-To-Market and Business Operations roles, managing high-volume sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with professionalism and enthusiasm.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and candidates across sales, account management, and global operations, building pipelines, reporting data, and delivering top talent for mission-critical positions at SpaceX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with Go-To-Market recruiting and international hiring.

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top candidates.
• Develop and execute strategies to create and maintain a strong passive talent pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication and collaboration.
