JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer with Go and cloud-native expertise to design scalable solutions, deliver trusted products, and drive secure, reliable software in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You will mentor teams, apply IaC and AI-assisted development practices, and collaborate across platforms to strengthen our SDLC, governance, and incident response.

Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced experience in Golang or one or more programming languages.
• Experience migrating complex applications to the public cloud, including IaC developer and SRE roles.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools with responsible usage guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Designs scalable, cloud-native software solutions to deliver highly available and resilient products.
• Provides technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure production code and reviews others' code.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with measurable validation standards in the SDLC toolchain.
• Leads decisions shaping product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Acts as a SME and promotes firmwide SDLC frameworks and practices.
