Qualifications

6+ years of backend software experience with Go emphasis.
Strong OS knowledge across macOS/Windows/Linux and system APIs.
Ability to design modular components used by multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain lifecycle components including installation and updates.
Improve Docker Desktop reliability and performance across platforms.
Work on OS-level integrations and permissions models.
Debug complex startup, crash, and system interaction issues.
Collaborate with cross-team platforms and features for seamless integration.
Contribute to technical design discussions and documentation.
Write high-quality code with solid test coverage.
Possible on-call rotation outside business hours.
