Job summary

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. We’re hiring a Senior Engineer on API Platform & Client Tooling to design and build the code-generation pipeline turning a single proto into Go SDks, CWIC commands, and Terraform resources.

You’ll own end-to-end components from proto contracts to generated artifacts, partner across teams to ship consistent APIs, and mentor engineers while delivering improved developer experience across the surface.

Qualifications

• Production Go experience required.
• Experience designing and evolving APIs with versioning and backward compatibility.
• Experience building or maintaining client tooling (SDKs/CLIs/infra providers).
• Track record of owning a project end-to-end and operating independently.
• Clear communication about technical contributions and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own components of API services framework and its generated artifacts (Go SDKs, CWIC commands, Terraform).
• Design and ship proto and API contracts, apply schema evolution and compatibility.
• Champion developer experience across CLI, SDKs, and Terraform provider.
• Work across authentication flows from proto to generated clients (keys, JWKS, mTLS, OIDC).
• Mentor junior engineers and drive team initiatives to completion.
• Collaborate with other teams early in design to ship consistent APIs.
