Verita AI seeks experienced Go engineers for a fully remote contractor role. You will review AI-generated code, give technical feedback, and help improve next-generation AI models while contributing to production-grade backend services and distributed systems.

The engagement runs for 6 months with a 40-hour week and overlapping work hours with Pacific Time. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Go experience, strong coding, testing, and documentation skills, and familiarity with AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience using Go.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, interfaces, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services or distributed systems.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative software development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Strong coding, testing, debugging, and code review skills.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities.
