Bonapolia, a Lisbon-based IT staff augmentation team, seeks a Senior Go Developer to help build a data-heavy backend for a multi-country mobility platform. You will design microservices in Go, optimize SQL schemas, and ensure observability with logging and tracing.

The role supports remote collaboration across CET time zones, with a B2B contract model; start ASAP; projects involve orders, campaigns, and payments integrations, using Go, SQL, AWS.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering in high-load environments.
• Advanced Go expertise.
• Strong SQL skills: schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization.
• In-depth Redis knowledge and efficient use in high-load systems.
• Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes or equivalents, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
• Synchronous and asynchronous inter-service communication patterns.
• Microservice architecture, client-server interaction design, and observability: metrics, logging, dashboards, and tracing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop backend services for orders, multi-country campaigns, task templates, and pull-based task queues.
• Build submission workflows for media uploads, metadata, versioned storage, and audit trails.
• Implement automated quality control, duplicate detection, consensus workflows, and review flows.
• Develop payment, consent, data retention, and record-erasure functionality.
• Build dataset export capabilities and integrations with consumer applications, CRM, payout, and LLM providers.

We are looking for a Senior Go Developer:

Language Proficiency: Intermediate

Planned Work Duration: Preliminary 3 months with potential for extension

Customer Description:

The customer is a global mobility and urban services platform offering ride-hailing, intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance services.

Project Description:

A data-collection platform spanning a worker application, back office, and backend services.

Hard Skills / Must Have:

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
