Job summary

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead Go Backend Engineer with strong IAM expertise to design, build, and operate secure, high-performance authentication services.

The candidate will own features end-to-end, implement OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT handling, and mentor engineers while collaborating with DevOps to automate identity infrastructure in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• 5+ years with Go
• 3–4+ years working with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and session management

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate high-throughput, low-latency identity services: SSO, MFA, session management, and federation.
• Own features end-to-end from design through production and support. Implement OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT handling with secure token issuance and rotation.
• Write clean, concurrent Go code with clear API contracts (gRPC/HTTP).
• Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and contribute to security roadmap and threat modeling.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage identity infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, incident response).
