oneNav, Inc. is seeking a hands-on GNSS Signal Processing Systems Engineer to join the Advanced Products & Systems team in Sunnyvale.

You will design anti-jamming and anti-spoofing algorithms, build working solutions, analyze KPIs, and collaborate across hardware and software teams to bring prototypes to production. The role requires strong technical depth, independence, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on GNSS/RF signal processing with beamforming/interference mitigation.
• Strong theory in estimation/detection, adaptive filtering, array processing.
• Experience designing algorithms for real-world interference; MATLAB/Python/C/C++ for algorithm development and moving from simulation to hardware/embedded validation.
• Understanding HW/FW/SW boundary constraints, including ADC/RF front-end parameters, low SWaP-C feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement beamforming and spatial-filtering algorithms to suppress jammers.
• Apply detection/estimation theory to jammer/spoofer detection, classification, and mitigation.
• Develop countermeasures against interference types (CW, chirp, etc.).
• Contribute to system-level architecture for resilient PNT products across HW/FW/SW with RF/ASIC teams.
• Build prototypes and drive KPIs like J/S performance across In-Band/Out-of-Band, Acquisition, Tracking, and Re-acquisition.
• Translate algorithm designs into production-quality embedded code with established coding standards.
• Contribute to ML-enabled jammer/spoofer classification alongside classical estimation approaches.
