Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• 5–7 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role.
• Experience evaluating high-precision inertial systems and understanding device physics and error models.
• Experience in verification and validation planning and execution, including test design and DOE methodologies.
• Ability to lead small to mid-sized teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own assignments and guide others, tracking scope, cost, and schedule.
• Develop plans and procedures for solving complex I&T problems across a program lifecycle.
• Contribute high-quality technical reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Present technical information effectively in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
