Responsibilities

• Apply Bayesian and kinetic modeling to historical data to accelerate process knowledge.
• Develop automation frameworks in a GxP environment for analyses and reports.
• Use predictive models and simulations to enable early signal detection and resource optimization.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop proactive metrics for continuous improvement.
• Translate statistics into narratives for executive audiences.
• Mentor colleagues on advanced methodologies; may manage direct reports.
• Proficiency in JMP, Minitab, R, or SAS; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Experience building automation frameworks in a GxP environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
