Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Principal or Staff Statistician to lead advanced statistical initiatives in a cross-functional, science-driven setting. You will drive root cause analysis, process improvement, and strategic deployment across manufacturing, quality, and executive teams in Troy, NY, applying cutting-edge modeling to accelerate drug development.

You will mentor colleagues, develop automation within a GxP framework, and present complex results to executives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience for Principal track; 9+ years for Staff.
• Proven ability to lead statistical initiatives in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic deployment initiatives and autonomous statistical projects.
• Apply Bayesian and other modeling techniques to historical data.
• Build and maintain automation in a GxP environment for analyses and reporting.
• Communicate complex statistical results to executive audiences.
• Mentor colleagues and potentially manage direct reports.
