Job summary

AGC Biologics, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support GMP manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure systems remain inspection-ready.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to drive reliability and continuous improvement. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 6 years of maintenance experience, with 3+ years in a CGMP or biotech

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ years maintenance experience in CGMP/biotech environment.
Experience supporting startup/commissioning for GMP facilities.
Knowledge of autoclaves, CIP/SIP, incubators, analytical equipment, process tanks.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain instrumentation used in production, laboratory, and facility operations.
Ensure equipment and instruments are calibrated per manufacturer requirements and site procedures.
Maintain areas to support inspection readiness and facility upkeep.
Complete maintenance work orders and documentation in a timely manner.
