Eli Lilly and Company in Indiana is seeking a senior analytical chemist to rapidly develop, validate, and run HPLC/UPLC methods in a GMP environment, supporting cleaning validation across small molecules, biomolecules, peptides, and high potency compounds.

This onsite role offers ownership of analytical methods, collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Process Development, and leadership in transferring methods to the Foundry QC lab as the site scales from startup to steady-state.

Qualifikationen

• MS in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 5+ years in pharma.
• BS in Analytical Chemistry with 8+ years in pharma.
• Hands-on HPLC/UPLC method development with UV and detectors.
• LC-MS for method development and sample analysis.
• GMP laboratory testing and data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Aufgaben

• Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for cleaning validation.
• Apply HPLC/UPLC with UV, CAD, ELSD; use LC-MS for trace residues.
• Perform routine GMP swab and rinse testing and data review.
• Lead method transfer to Foundry QC and external partners.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate workload and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and data integrity.
• Adapt to operational demands, including weekends/overnight.
