Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Transportation Analyst to join our team in the United States. The role involves shipment planning, carrier evaluation, tracking, and data-driven optimization to support secure, compliant, and cost-effective logistics across domestic and international networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, global trade compliance and warehouse management.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international transportation with parcel, air, ocean, truckload, and LTL carriers.
• Experience analyzing transportation costs, carrier performance, shipment exceptions, and operational data.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Shipment planning and readiness: analyze shipment requirements and routes using approved carriers and instructions; verify documents before tender.
• Shipment monitoring: track shipments from tender to delivery; investigate delays and exceptions; coordinate follow-up; escalate risks.
• Transportation data and reporting: compile shipment data, maintain KPI reports, identify trends and data-quality concerns; present findings.
• Carrier quote and account analysis: obtain and compare quotes; validate use of approved accounts; review data; request account changes or deactivation.
• Freight payment support: research invoice exceptions; coordinate with Freight Payment and Transportation management.
• Compliance and documentation coordination: apply shipping procedures; engage Global Trade Compliance as needed; retain records.
• Standard work and process improvement: maintain routing guides and read more; perform root-cause analysis; support corrective actions.
