Job summary

BD in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, International Tax Compliance to lead the end-to-end U.S. international tax process. You will coordinate the annual calendar, manage data, prepare complex calculations, and supervise external providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. international tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Deep technical knowledge of U.S. international tax reporting and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end U.S. international tax compliance process and calendar.
• Prepare/review Form 5471, 8858, 8865, 5472, 1118, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993 filings.
• Coordinate with finance and business teams globally to validate data.
• Manage external service providers and ensure timely filings.
• Maintain robust compliance controls and documentation.
