Qualifications

• Significant professional development or talent development experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience designing and delivering business skills, leadership and career development programmes.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior PD and Talent teams to design and implement programmes across the Americas.
• Support associate development initiatives, mentoring and career progression frameworks.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences for attorneys and business professionals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to build training solutions.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person learning programmes; drive innovation in blended delivery.
