Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (required).
• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• 5+ years' experience with global and domestic freight logistics.
• Geographically conversant.
• Able to interpret rail, truck, air, pipeline costs in dynamic situations.
• Track continuous market changes on freight traffic flows.
• Able to decipher market demand/supply shifts into actionable insights.
• Understand supply chain services, inventory control, or third-party warehousing.
• Pre-employment background check per NIST 800-171.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze traffic, commodity, and import/export data for market applications.
• Assist clients on pricing and costs for logistics and supply chain elements.
• Interpret complex datasets focused on multiple lanes of product movement.
• Analyze distribution chains and warehousing strategies to support development projects.
• Develop logistics plans and procedures for clients.
• Explain data related to procurement, inventory control, and production material planning.
• Support establishment and maintenance of production control systems for clients.
