Job summary

Deckers Brands, the home of HOKA, seeks a Sr. Store Design Manager to translate global retail concepts into distinctive, buildable store environments.

You will own daily design execution from concept through documentation, coordinating with Real Estate, Retail Operations, VM, and brand teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across locations. You will lead external architects and fabricators, manage budgets and timelines, and advance global design standards while delivering high-quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 7+ years of Retail Design experience preferred.
• Experience across flagship, brand, and outlet formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development of HOKA retail concepts across formats.
• Manage end-to-end retail projects, maintaining design intent and standards.
• Create design narratives, sketches, plans and renderings for stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain the 365-store design toolkit with tiered format solutions.
• Incorporate field insights to evolve global design standards.
• Prototype and refine fixtures, furniture and display systems.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Retail Ops, VM and regional teams on site assessments.
