Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Store Design Manager – Global HOKA to lead the interpretation of the global retail concept strategy into distinctive store environments.

You will oversee design execution from concept through documentation, construction coordination, and openings across the 365-store fleet, aligned with Global Store Design leadership. You will partner with Real Estate, Retail Ops, Visual Merchandising, and Brand Expression to ensure a consistent brand experience while adapting to

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Retail Design, ideally within footwear/apparel brands
• Experience managing new store openings, relocations and remodels
• Strong design communication through renderings, sketches, and presentations

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative development and execution of retail concepts across store formats
• Manage retail projects end-to-end, ensuring design intent and customer experience standards
• Create and present design narratives, plans, and renderings for stakeholder alignment
• Translate global design standards into local market applications
• Direct external architects, agencies, and fabricators with clear briefs and timelines
• Review regional adaptations to ensure global alignment and budgets
