Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Store Design Manager - Global HOKA. You will lead the design and execution of HOKA's global retail concepts, translating strategy into distinctive store environments.

The role covers concept development through documentation, construction coordination, and openings, in collaboration with Real Estate, Retail Operations, and Visual Merchandising. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Retail Design within footwear or lifestyle brands, strong rendering/presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years in Retail Design, preferably in footwear/apparel or performance lifestyle brands.
• Experience leading multi-format retail projects including openings, relocations, and remodels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global HOKA retail concepts across store formats.
• Manage end-to-end retail projects, ensuring design intent and consumer experience standards.
• Create design narratives, sketches, plans, and renderings for stakeholder alignment.
• Direct external architects, agencies, consultants, and fabricators with clear briefs and budgets.
• Translate global standards to market-specific adaptations while meeting timelines.
