You’ll translate complex company and product stories into clear, audience-appropriate content, partnering with Corporate Communications and design teams to amplify brand visibility and navigate AI-powered search dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years in social media strategy, corporate communications, or related field.
• Experience developing social strategies for corporate/B2B/tech orgs.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling with ability to tailor content for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Monotype’s global social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X and emerging platforms.
• Manage online communities and influence conversations in forums like Reddit.
• Own the global social editorial calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with design, creative teams, and external vendors to produce and optimize social content.
• Monitor trends, measure engagement, and report on social performance.
