Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant physical security experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security programs and strategies, risk analysis, and threat modeling.
• Knowledge of physical security technology systems and project management with real estate focus.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple timelines.
• Strong written and spoken communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations for multiple facilities, including guard staff, equipment, incident response, and policy issues.
• Coordinate policy and procedures with Real Estate, site management, and department leadership.
• Evaluate risk and apply security tools to meet staff and property needs; update as required.
• Liaise with local law enforcement, first responders, and regional emergency management.
• Oversee audits and risk assessments within the team.
