Job summary

Zoetis in the United States seeks a Manager in Regulatory Intelligence who independently owns surveillance workstreams and partners with stakeholders across regions to translate regulatory signals into actionable guidance for the business.

You will lead cross-functional impact assessments, develop RI communications, and drive process improvements while mentoring teammates and collaborating with internal SMEs, industry groups, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (life sciences, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage regulatory deliverables and lead cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience with regulatory intelligence systems or tools.

Responsibilities

• Global Surveillance Leadership (USA & Canada focused) and independent monitoring of evolving regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments with EHS, Quality, Legal, and others to ensure compliant actions.
• Lead RI communications, newsletters, and watch notifications; review outputs for accuracy and defensibility.
• Represent the company in industry associations and regulatory forums; engage SMEs and regulators as needed.
• Manage external consultants and inquiries; drive process improvements and governance with a global mindset.
