Job summary

ICF International seeks an experienced mid- to senior-level Program and Grant Manager to support a multi-country international development project in Asia. The role coordinates work plans, budgets, grants, subawards, consultants, and reporting across headquarters, country teams, and partners.

Working with the Project Director and technical leads, you will manage operations, ensure timely implementation, maintain compliance, and support stakeholder engagement across diverse regions and donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large, complex international development projects.
• Experience with donor-funded or federally funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of regional activities across multiple countries.
• Develop, update, and maintain integrated work plans and milestone trackers.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures; prepare financial reporting and analyses.
• Coordinate with headquarters, country teams, and partners to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure contract, grant, and compliance processes are followed.
• Prepare project deliverables, reports, and knowledge management.
