Korry Electronics in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Global Procurement Manager to lead our worldwide sourcing, set category strategy, and develop a high-performing team to fuel growth.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Finance to align procurement with business goals, drive supplier performance, cost reductions, and supply continuity across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain or strategic procurement.
• Experience in global sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.

Are you a procurement leader who thinks globally, acts strategically, and builds organizations that deliver? We're looking for a Senior Global Procurement Manager to take the helm of our worldwide sourcing function — driving category strategy, developing a high-performing team, and shaping the supply chain partnerships that fuel our long-term growth. If you're ready to lead at the highest level and leave a lasting mark on a complex, global procurement organization, this is your role.

This role is based in Everett, WA.

What You Will Do:

You will lead the global sourcing organization and manage three Commodity Managers who oversee Buyers and Supply Chain Project Managers. Your focus will be setting strategy, improving supplier performance, reducing costs, and ensuring materials are available to support all programs. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Materials, Finance, and leadership to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Commodity Managers and their teams
• Build team capabilities through coaching and planning
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Strategic Sourcing

• Create and implement long‑term category strategies
• Oversee complex commodities like electronic components, cable assemblies, and CCAs
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and supplier strategy execution
• Strengthen and optimize the global supplier base
• Lead key supplier relationships and business reviews
• Support supplier development with Quality teams

Cost & Contracting

• Lead major negotiations and long‑term agreements
• Support RFP/RFQ processes and evaluate proposals

Risk & Supply Continuity

• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation plans
• Manage obsolescence, capacity issues, and global constraints
• Oversee work transfers and support corrective actions

MRP/ERP Data Accuracy

• Ensure correct parameter management (lead times, MOQs, safety stock)
• Drive inventory optimization and MRP health

Shortage Management

• Drive supplier delivery performance and escalations

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

• 8+ years in supply chain or strategic procurement
• 5+ years leading managers or multi‑layered teams
• Experience in global sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management
• ERP/PLM system knowledge
• Experience with electronic components or complex electromechanical products

Physical Requirements:

Salary Range:

Please note the typical hiring range is $132,000 - $198,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity
