Job summary

Deloitte Global seeks a Global O2E Transformation Leader to drive the enterprise-wide roadmap by collaborating with member firms, DTTL, and other stakeholders across borders. You will socialize platform designs, influence decisions, and oversee governance of critical processes.

Lead strategic partnerships with globally dispersed teams, develop presentations and analytics for senior leadership, and design workshops to clarify complex business problems. Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other relevant Masters preferred.
• 8-12 years overall experience.
• At least 4 years' experience from top-tier strategy consulting, large corporate, or $1B+ enterprise.
• Excellent business acumen across sales, quality and risk assessments, and engagement delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise and collaborate with business representatives to identify and implement the global roadmap.
• Demonstrate knowledge of global platforms and socialize design to influence decisions.
• Facilitate process governance and escalation on key business requirements.
• Develop strategic partnerships with globally dispersed teams and clients.
• Create content for presentations and reports, and support analytics for senior leadership.
