Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in a global financial environment.
• Solid understanding of Cisco routing and Switching.
• Good knowledge of any of the following tools: Bluecoat proxy, Checkpoint firewalls, Riverbed, F5 and QOS.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in group projects with global and regional team members.
• Provide operational support as an escalation point in area of expertise.
• Participate in solution development and implementation.
• Perform network configuration changes as per change management process.
• Conduct root cause analysis for service interruption recovery.
• Create and maintain network documentation related to network configuration.
