Qualifications

• 7–10 years of global network engineering and administration experience.
• Deep TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, QoS knowledge.
• Hands-on VPN and tunneling design/troubleshooting.
• Enterprise firewall installation and management experience.
• Experience with on-prem and AWS network design (VPCs, CIDR, hybrid connectivity).
• Proficient in Wireshark and network tracing.
• Vendor liaison with Cisco and other hardware suppliers.
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible) a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project execution skills.
• Bachelor's degree; CCNP or AWS certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable network solutions across data centers and AWS.
• Provide hands-on routing, switching, VPN, and firewall configuration.
• Manage AWS network infrastructure including VPCs, peering, and transit gateways.
• Implement network monitoring tools and perform traffic analysis with Wireshark.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors; drive project execution.
• Create detailed network documentation and assist in cost/performance analysis.
